Your invoices, and what we do with them

What we collect

• The distributor invoices you choose to send us (by email, photo, or upload) and the line-item data on them — item, pack size, unit, quantity, and price.
• Your email address and restaurant name, so we can send your audit back and stay in touch about it.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (which pages and buttons), to make it better. No ad tracking.

What we use it for

One thing: benchmarking your prices and producing your audit — your top overpaying items, vendor-switch opportunities, and a rep-call script. That's it.

What we never do

• Never share your invoices with your distributors.
• Never sell your data — to anyone, ever.
• Never show your prices to another operator with your name on them. Any benchmark built from your data is anonymized — “operators across town pay $X,” never who.

Deleting your data

Ask and it's gone. Email manager@autumncourt.com and we'll delete your invoices and the data from them. If your prices helped build an anonymized benchmark, that benchmark is no longer tied to you and can't be traced back — but your raw invoices are removed.

How it's stored

During the Phoenix pilot, audits are done by hand by the founder's team. Invoices and audit data are kept in access-controlled storage and used only for your audit. We keep them only as long as needed to do and support your audit, or until you ask us to delete them.
